72-59 victory over San Diego Mesa

Vikings roll over San Diego Mesa 72-59 at home behind a huge 23 points - 15 rebound effort by 6'8 freshman Christian Drayton.  San Diego Mesa was held to just 12 points in the 1st half but managed to make a push late in the 2nd period.  Sophomore Ramiro Martinez-Quintanilla added 20 points while sophomore Jordan Rogers chipped in with 11 points.  The Vikings next home game is Saturday January 9th at 3:00 PM versus Rio Hondo Community College.  This contest will be the conference opener for both teams.
